Return & Exchange
Returns and exchanges.
We want you to shop with confidence and flexibility, and so we offer a refund or exchange for change of mind on full-priced and sales items (some exclusions apply, see below for details).
Contact us at email@example.com with your order number and we will issue you a returns authorisation number [RAN] and details for delivery.
Domestic returns and exchanges.
For Australian customers, returns must be received within 7 days of you receiving your item. We recommend you ship your returns to us using a registered, trackable service. A rare kind will refund the value of the item (via the original form of payment) less the return shipping charge (for Australian orders) within three  to five  business days.
International returns and exchanges.
For international customers, returns must be received within 10 business days of you receiving your item. We understand international shipping times can vary so contact us once your item arrives to arrange for return.
Please note returned items must be shipped at your expense and we cannot be held liable for missing parcels. We recommend you ship your returns to us using a registered, trackable and fully insured service. Once we receive the return, we will issue a full refund for the item cost (minus shipping costs) within 7 days.
To return items they must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused and with all tags attached and associated packaging in original condition (including undamaged shoe box’s and unmarked shoe soles). Garments received with make-up marks will not be accepted for exchange or return as all returned merchandise need to be in their original condition.
We do not offer refunds on final sale items. However we will accept exchange for another size subject to availability.
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on earrings, underwear, swimwear, hosiery and socks.
A rare kind will continue to communicate with you, via email or phone, at various stages of the process, to ensure you are well informed of the progress of your return. A rare kind reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not comply with the guidelines and process as stated above. In the instance your item is not accepted, it will be returned to you and neither a refund nor exchange will be granted.
Faulty and incorrect items.
We comply with Australian consumer law, and in the event that the item you receive is faulty or the wrong item is sent to you, please contact us with details and photos (if possible) of the issue within  seven days and we will arrange for a full refund including shipping costs. We can also offer an exchange [subject to availability] or store credit. In the case of a minor fault, we can also repair or replace the item subject to availability.
